Void Studios Terms and conditions

1. Booking, Payment, and Cancellations

1.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and, if applicable, a signed rental agreement.

1.2 Payment Requirement

Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Void Studios.

1.3 No Refund Policy

All bookings are final. No refunds will be issued once payment has been made, regardless of reason, including cancellations or no-shows.

1.4 Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request to reschedule their booking; however, a 20% surcharge will apply. This surcharge is calculated as 20% of the total booking cost and is non-refundable.

Rescheduling is subject to studio availability and must be confirmed in writing.

2. Studio Use

2.1 Rental time includes setup and breakdown. Please book accordingly.

2.2 Overtime will be billed at the regular rate in 30-minute increments.

2.3 Client is responsible for returning the studio to the condition it was found in. A cleaning fee may be charged if the space is left dirty or disorganized.

2.4 No smoking, illegal activities, or open flames are allowed inside the studio.

2.5 The maximum number of occupants in the studio is up to 50 people in Studio A, and up to 10 people in Studio B, unless approved in writing.

3. Equipment and Property

3.1 Void Studios provides access to standard equipment as outlined in your rental package. Any additional gear must be reserved in advance.

3.2 Client is responsible for all equipment and props used during their session. Damaged or missing items will be charged at replacement cost.

3.3 Any personal property left behind will be held for up to 3 days. After that, we reserve the right to dispose of or re-purpose it.

4. Liability and Insurance

4.1 Void Studios is not liable for injuries or accidents sustained during your rental period.

4.2 Client assumes full responsibility for the conduct and safety of all participants.

4.3 Clients are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance for larger productions.

5. Conduct and Behavior

5.1 Void Studios reserves the right to refuse or terminate any rental if staff deem behavior to be unsafe, disrespectful, or in violation of our policies.

5.2 No loud music or disruptive behavior is allowed that may disturb neighboring tenants or violate local ordinances.

6. Photography and Filming

6.1 Void Studios does not claim ownership of any content created by renters.

6.2 We may request to feature behind-the-scenes images or videos for promotional purposes.

6.3 Use of the Void Studios name or branding in any public-facing material must be pre-approved in writing.

7. Force Majeure

Void Studios is not responsible for cancellations or rescheduling due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or government-mandated closures.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website or communicated via email.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the City of Denver and the State of Colorado of the United States of America. Any disputes will be settled in the courts.
